For this reason, our office meets and surpasses all OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and CDC (Center for Disease Control) standards. If you would like to make an appointment, please contact our office by phone or email.. Our office facilitates communications and emergency calls and appointments are available and welcome, especially for new patients seeking help.
Financial
We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. For patients who require major work, a complete payment plan is designed with an appropriate payment schedule. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and ATM/debit cards.
Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 48 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.

- Receive a 5% courtesy by prepaying your appointment in full. If you are a senior 65 or older you may receive a 10% courtesy by prepaying your appointment services in full.
- You are ultimately responsible for all fees incurred regardless of whether or not you have dental benefits.
- Insurance patient’s estimated portion not covered or not directly paid to Saratoga Smiles by their primary insurance is due at time of service. Note that even with a pre-authorization an insurance company doesn’t issue guarantee of payment.
Easy Monthly Payment Plans:
While we don’t offer in office financing, we have been able to establish relationships with several companies that can help you to finance your dental treatment. Plans vary, but here are some highlights:

- You must be credit qualified for all plans
At Saratoga Smiles we are always here to provide you with information and answers regarding treatment, treatment estimates and payment agreements prior to scheduling. For our Sedation patients, payment will be secured at the pre-procedure appointment.
FINANCE CHARGE: Any account balances not paid within 30 days of treatment will be assessed finance charges. (1.75% per month, 21% APR)
FEES: As a courtesy to you, we will honor treatment plan fees for 90 days from the time of treatment plan estimate. Understand that treatment needs may possibly change during the course of treatment; you will be advised as to the appropriate course of treatment should this occur.
